Medjoul dates are known as the ‘King of Dates’ due to their size and succulence. High in fibre and potassium, with a natural sweetness, making a delicious treat any time of the day. The perfect indulgent addition to desserts, stews, cheeseboards or even as an accompaniment to a cup of coffee.
Zaytoun Medjoul dates are grown by Palestinian farmers in the Jordan Valley.
Serving Suggestion:
Split them, take out the stone and eat them as an indulgent, healthy snack. They’re also delicious stuffed with a Palestinian almond, a chunk of chocolate or a spoonful of nut-butter. And they’re ideal for baking and in raw energy bars.

Bought these at Christmas to show a tiny bit of solidarity with the ME. We liked them so much I bought some more (instead of chocolate) for my husband's birthday!
A favourite of mine, very sweet and tasty and would definitely recommend them. Lovely filled with marzipan as an extra sweet treat!
