As we are continuously improving the design of our products, some specifications may vary slightly from descriptions in this catalogue.
All sizes are approximate and colours and patterns of natural products, like olive and rubber wood, may vary.


Fairly-traded products

It’s very important to Embrace to ensure producers are paid a fair price for their goods. That means we work hard to source fairly-traded products from the Middle East and all round the world.

You’ll see some of our products are described as Fair Trade and marked with the FairTrade Foundation’s FairTrade Mark, which is an internationally recognised logo used in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll also see we describe some items as ‘fairly-traded’ which means they are certified under other agreements, eg British Association of FairTrade Shops and Suppliers – BAFTS or the World Fair Trade Organisation - WFTO.

Delivery

Times

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 - 3 days of receiving it but please allow longer during busy times.

Costs

Standard delivery is £3.95 on orders to any UK mainland address.

All orders are sent by UK 2nd class post.

Delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK addresses that contain Alternative Gifts and/or the Olive Tree Project. All other orders will be charged at the rate detailed above. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

 

Returning Goods

We have a 90-day no quibbles returns policy.

We hope you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not, we will offer you a replacement or full refund.

Impress Publishing is the name of our fulfilment house, who deal with your order, process your payment on our behalf and prepare, pack and despatch your order. You'll see their name on your bank statement and email confirmations rather than just ours.
