We may substitute products of equal or higher quality.

Prices

All prices in the Autumn/Winter 2017 printed catalogue are valid until Friday 15 December 2017.

 

Ordering dates

Orders must be completed online by Friday 15 December 2017 for delivery before Christmas 2017.

If you are ordering by post, we must receive your order by Friday 8 December 2017.

 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of receiving it but please allow longer during busy times.

If you have not received your goods within 14 working days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on 01227 811646.

Standard delivery is £3.95 on orders to any UK address. All orders are sent by UK 2nd class post.

Delivery is free on all orders to UK addresses that contain Alternative Gifts and/or the Olive Tree Project. All other orders will be charged at the rate detailed above. 

 

Returning Goods

We have a 90-day no quibbles returns policy. We hope you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Simply let us know within 90 days of purchase by contacting our Customer Service Team on 01227 811646.
