Delicious - almost as good as the za'atar I bought once in Jerusalem. Great packaging too.

New Kitchen Staple

Now always using Za'atar as a go to kitchen staple for a marinade for chicken and fish and an addition to other recipes. It has a lovely undertow of sesame and thyme. Several friends now converted!

This spice gives an interesting taste lift to Middle Eastern dishes but also good with fish, pizza and tomato sauces.
